Key Responsibilities:
Customization and Development: Transform business requirements into Salesforce implementations by developing new features and optimizing existing configurations.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting and Support: Analyze and resolve Salesforce issues, providing ongoing support to maintain system performance.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and version release notes.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
