You will be a key member of our Production Line, playing a pivotal role in setting up, operating, and maintaining wire-drawing and thread-rolling equipment. Your contributions will directly impact the production of high-quality threaded rods for various applications.
Responsibilities:
Perform various tasks on the production line, including assembly, packaging, and quality control.
Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment
Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Immediately report any issues or concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic math skills - ability to use a measuring tape
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Strong work ethic, dependable, punctual, and with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Occasional overtime may be required
Salary Range: $18-19 per hour
