Description
The Clinical Supervisor, a leader in the program and in the agency, is responsible for providing clinical supervision and support to a team of professionals and paraprofessionals in the Home-Based program in Braintree, MA.

Program management and administration responsibilities include:
• Assure quality of clinical services is maintained through individual and group supervision
• Performance reviews are completed annually for staff under direct supervision, including establishing specific, individual professional development goals
• Review all reports of suspected abuse/neglect of children; assure appropriate actions are taken
• Review all incident reports, consider actions to be taken and implement changes to avoid similar incidents in the future
• Assist Program Director in developing and revising program policies and procedures
• Facilitate client referral and admission process
• Maintain agency confidentiality policies and ensure that staff do the same
• Assist Program Director in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring program staff
• Participate in internal and external committees and management team meetings
• Assist children and families through the emergency back-up system and providing on call coverage as assigned
• Provide regular staff supervision, training, and consultation in all aspects of the position
• Assist Program Director with orientation and training opportunities for program staff
• Mediate interpersonal conflict among staff members
• Driving is required
The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for quality management which includes the following:
• Ensure clinical records are accurate, current, and meet all agency and funding source requirements
• Assure that a quality improvement program is implemented
• Ensure all clients receive quality service in compliance with funding source, agency, and licensing standards
• Transport clients in a safe and secure manner in matters related to service delivery
• Adhere to program and funding source policies and procedures

Schedule:
- Part-Time role with a minimum of 24hrs per week to occur during office hours (9-5), with Wednesday morning availability required to facilitate Group Supervision, or
- Full Time; 40 hours per week
Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, etc.
• Professional licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (i.e. LICSW, LMFT, and LMHC)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Mental Health field
• Supervisory experience required
• Good written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Systems orientation with ability to think and act with a systems perspective
• Sensitivity and knowledge of cross-cultural issues
• Knowledge of and ability to assess human growth and development
• Ability to motivate others and manage conflict
• Open, direct, and flexible style
