- Provide information and educational resources to family members
- Assist families in identifying resources to meet individual family needs
- Develop the Family Resource Center calendar
- Host parent and Youth Support groups
- Complete all documentation in a timely manner
- Provide support to volunteers

Requirements
- Experience with working with youth and families
- Experience with educational systems preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At minimum, basic verbal fluency in English and Haitian-Creole, French, and/or Spanish required
- Strong Computer Skills
