Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and support services to children, adolescents, and families. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, developing treatment plans, and delivering individualized and group interventions.

- Provide therapeutic support to families, children, and adolescents through individual and group counseling.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Offer crisis intervention and advocacy for families in distress.
- Collaborate with community resources, schools, and social service agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate families on coping strategies, parenting skills, and mental health resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality regulations.
- Driving is required.

Requirements
Qualifications/Credentials
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Family and Marriage Therapy or closely related field required; license eligible
- Ability to maintain MA state professional license; completes required Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for renewal
- Minimum of 5 years counseling experience
- Must demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of clinical theory and practice
- Strong understanding of the following:
- o the ability to identify needs of abused and neglected children and adults
- o child development and individual and family functioning
- o High level of engagement with difficult to reach, traumatized, or disengaged individuals and families
- o individuals with co-occurring, mental health and substance use conditions
- o Collaboration with other disciplines and services
- Must possess strong organizational and clinical communication skills
- Must possess strong computer skills
