The MA Organization for Addiction Recovery (MOAR) is the statewide voice of recovery and ensures that recovery services are valued and available to everyone throughout the Commonwealth. We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and committed Administrative Assistant with a deep commitment and working knowledge of the recovery community. This role combines traditional administrative support with social media management to ensure smooth operations and vibrant online engagement.

The full-time Administrative Assistant position is critical to the overall functioning on MOAR.

· Assist with membership and communicating events to the recovery community.
· Provide administrative office support
· Collaborate with the Communication team to create engaging campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
· Assist with organizing and supporting events.

Requirements
Qualifications/Credentials
· Minimum two-year office administrative support experience is preferred.
· Some college or professional training preferred.
· Excellent organizational skills (verbal and written) and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure.
