Join our team as an Occupational Therapist (OT) and provide expert level OT interventions and services to children and families with complex medical, social, and behavioral conditions in the community and residential setting. Candidates with a pending license are encouraged to apply!
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
- Administers direct OT services in a group home setting and in the community
- Provides family support and education
- Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools while working with patients
- Establishes individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques that can easily translate to in home use
- Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties
- Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines and ensures quality standards of evaluations and addresses assessment areas that requires attention
- Driving is required
Schedule: This position is full-time (40 hours per week); benefits eligible with a flexible schedule. Candidates must be able and willing to drive in service area of the Southeast region of Massachusetts and attend weekly staff meetings.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Two years or more of occupational therapy experience preferred
- Current Licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals
- Certified by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
