Main Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain payroll records, including timekeeping, deductions, and benefits.
- Verify employee hours, wages, and tax withholdings.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and accounting teams to update employee records.
- Support year-end payroll processing, including W-2 and tax filings.

Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred).
- Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
