The Recovery Support Navigator (RSN) is a paraprofessional who provides case management and system navigation for individuals with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health disorders. The RSN engages, educates, and assists enrollees and provides referrals and coordinates access to treatment services and community supports.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
- Assist enrollees with housing issues
- Motivational Interviewing with enrollees
- Provide Community Supports centered around vocational training, housing, education, and more
- Provide warm hand off to referrals and community resources
- Driving is required

Requirements
Qualifications/Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field required
- Experience navigating the local treatment and social services systems
- Experience working with individuals who are justice involved
- Trained in overdose prevention
- Knowledgeable about and respects all paths to recovery
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
