Position Overview
The Residential Case Manager collaborates with adolescents, families and other care providers through ensuring the youths and families’ needs are met while in our care. The Residential Services Case Manager is responsible for record keeping and adherence to timelines established by contracts and licensure. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience working with youth in crisis, and a passion for helping young individuals achieve stability and independence.
What You Will Be Doing to Make A Difference
- Provide ongoing case management, including goal setting, progress monitoring, and crisis intervention.
- Facilitate life skills training, employment readiness, and educational support.
- Advocate for youth in legal, educational, and social service systems.
- Ensure compliance with program policies, state regulations, and best practices in trauma-informed care.
- Driving is required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required
- 1 year of experience in Human Services field preferred; Experience in Residential Services preferred
- Knowledgeable in adolescent and family systems issues
- Knowledgeable about trauma-informed care
- Able to learn, carry out and be certified in MAP, CPR and first aid
- MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification preferred
