Job Description.....
The Program Implementation and Continuous Improvement Director is responsible for the oversight of the delivery of services and operations of (the agency’s) Community Justice Support Centers, as well as insuring (the agency) complies with all agency and contractual requirements and policies of the Office of Community Corrections, to provide the highest quality services.
What You Will Be Doing To Make a Difference.....
Manages and monitors new and existing OCC contract, programs, and initiatives for the agency
Supports staff with implementing and delivering evidence-based practices and programming for a justice involved population that reduce recidivism and encourage prosocial behavior change
Oversees Community Justice Support Centers budget preparations, monitors purchasing and spending
Supervises administrative systems, contract compliance, and compliance with policies and procedures as set forth by the Office of Community Corrections
Facilitates hiring of vacant positions, responsible for recruitment and onboarding of staff
Monitors, and evaluates personnel training needs and develops and implements in service trainings for center staff
Monitors fidelity to evidence-based practices and service delivery
Attends necessary trainings as set forth by (agency) and the OCC
Serves as a backup to administering a fourth-generation risk need tool (ORAS, LSRNR) and delivering manualized CBT to CJSC participants
Liaisons with CJSC clinical supervisors
Facilitates collaboration among staff from all contracted CJS centers and works with OCC regional managers, etc. to share best practices

Requirements
Qualifications/Credentials
- Mastery of evidence-based practice principles for treatment with a justice involved, high risk population including ability to administer fourth generation risk need instrument, previous training in and ability to deliver manualized CBT curricula, training in employing MI techniques
- Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Social Work, Education, or related field. Licensure highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, 1 of which was in a supervisory capacity. Experience working in a Community Justice Support Center highly preferred
- Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
- Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
