What You Will Be Doing to Makes a Difference in the Lives of Youth...
- Spending time with and supervising 12 youths in a medium size home like environment
- Providing support and encouragement to youths
- Ensuring the overall safety of youth in the program
- Assist youths with their service goals including homework help, coping skills and behavior management
- Acting as a positive role model to support youths’ wellbeing
- Driving is required

Requirements
The desire to work with youth
Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Additional Experience welcomed . . .
Experience working with youth
Education: High School Diploma required
Residential/ Adolescent Group Home Experience preferred
