Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Miami, FL. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach and engagement, and market research.

Responsibilities
- Leverage various contact methods such as cold calling and in-person meetings to originate and close transactions
- Manages a pipeline of opportunities, leveraging client data/analytics to plan and prioritize activities
- Build Strong Relationships
- Collaborate effectively with the team to engage clients, drive origination, and create action plans for success
- Gain a deep understanding of Bay Street's businesses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
