RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with sales related to promotional, screen printing, and embroidery, signage, and small retail-related products.
- Greeting customers in our showroom.
- Answering phones and providing customer support in a timely manner.
- Explaining products and services to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Providing quotes and creating sales orders for products related to sales and tracking the progress of each job from start to completion.
- Reviewing artwork provided by customers with artists, sales, or production to confirm imprint ability, location, and type of decoration.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities
- Working with the owner and accountant on minor QuickBooks bookkeeping tasks.
- Accurate report generation.
- Invoicing and payment processing and collection.
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Payroll.
- May assist with budget tracking and inventory monitoring.
- May assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
SKILLS DESIRED:
- High school diploma.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication, verbal and written.
- Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills.
- Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role; sales experience is advantageous.

- Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for data entry.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to take direction and work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
