Job Duties and Responsibilities :
The Social Worker demonstrates knowledge of age specific developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents (i.e. physical, cognitive, and socialization factors) in planning social services programs.
The Social Worker demonstrates knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to plan social services programs for residents.
The Social Worker promptly follows-up on admission inquiries, evaluates and assesses the needs of prospective residents to determine appropriateness of facility placement
