We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and attend to guest needs will be key to our restaurant's success.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely order delivery.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions effectively.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons.
• Experience with POS systems is advantageous but can be learned on the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.48 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
