Who You Are: As a Juice Bar Manager, you will be essential in helping to foster a well run environment that delivers outstanding customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages and snacks. Your core skills in POS systems and food safety will ensure efficient transactions and compliance with health standards. With experience as a barista and your ability to communicate effectively, you will engage with customers to enhance their experience, while making sure your team of attendants have what they need to flourish. Utilizing your premium skills in leadership, time management and sales, you will promote menu items and contribute to the success of our vibrant juice bar. What You’ll Do:
- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Manage time efficiently while fulfilling all job responsibilities.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
- Inspect products for quality, consistency, and flavor standards.
- Handle food preparation and service tasks as needed.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) cash register system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Take and assemble customer orders accurately.
- Communicate food orders and shortages to the team.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Managerial duties such as making the schedule, ordering/overseeing of product, managing negative customer feedback, and other duties to be discussed during interview.
Food Handling license is preferred before starting, but it can be obtained after employment.
Any juice bar experience is highly preferred and will give the employee an easier transition into our store.
Customer service/POS familiarity is essential.
Potential employee ideally would be able to work weekdays and/or weekends and either opening shift or closing shift that comprises a minimum of 30 hours a week.
