Responsibilities :
- Act as the key technical advisor for essential customers, guiding them throughout the product development process.
- Assist in creating and implementing tailored solutions that address specific customer needs.
- Design innovative topologies and develop reusable configuration templates to effectively align Baya's platform with customer requirements while optimizing PPA metrics.
- Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide informed advice on product development strategies.
