Join our team of travel nurses (RN) where you can build the flexible schedule that works for you! Weekends, weekdays, evenings – we will work with your availability.
This position is a 13-week commitment (with option to extend) that allows you the flexibility to work a minimum of 8 shifts per month doing home health visits with patients in Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties.
We provide a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement.
As a Travel Nurse with BAYADA at Inspira you will:
- Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home.
- Conduct admissions (Start of Care) visits as well as perform case management as needed.
- Perform multiple visits per day throughout the region, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient.
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
- Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.
Requirements:
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of NJ.
- Previous home health experience required.
- Must commit to a 13-week assignment and a minimum of 8 shifts per month.
- OASIS experience required; previous HCHB experience preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census.
- Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Compensation:
- Based on experience and type of visit.
- $170-175 for Start of Care (SOC) visits
