BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Fayetteville, NC Medicare Certified Home Health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Cumberland, Hoke, and Harnett counties.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Conduct supervisory visits as needed within the homes.
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Fayetteville, NC and other surrounding areas.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN is required.
- 1 years of Home Health required.
- Oasis experience required.
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
