BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Associate Director (RN required) in our Wilmington, MA Senior Living office.

Responsibilities for an Associate Director:


  • Share management responsibility with Director including all office operations/functions, as well as client service and employee matters.
  • Through hands on experience and observation, you will oversee strategic planning and budgeting, program development, and ensure staff education, training, and evaluation.
  • Associate Director learns to become fully responsible for the office and after demonstrating success in this role, is considered for advancement to the role of Director.
  • Make clinical decisions for the office including intakes, addressing orders, workflow tasks, starts of cares, work flow requirements, availability to answer questions from field staff, education, client matters, and any other clinical matters as needed.


Qualifications for an Associate Director:


  • RN required, in good standing, in the state of MA.
  • Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in Senior Living.
  • Knowledge of MA state regulations
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement and of successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results
  • Proven interpersonal, recruiting and employee relations skills
  • Proven ability to organize, manage, market and grow an office
  • Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position and responsibilities matters.
