We are seeking a skilled Support Office Associate to join our team, responsible for ensuring compliance with payer requirements, maintaining accurate policy and procedure documentation, and creating effective communications for our service offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer policies and procedures.
• Assist in the setup and management of payer information, including attachments and documentation needed for billing and compliance.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation of policies and procedures.
• Ensure all documents are accessible and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
• Regularly review and monitor compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Conduct audits and provide reports to ensure adherence to standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of payer requirements and healthcare compliance.
• Experience and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
