Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice team in Toms River, NJ area.

The ideal candidate will have prior home care and/or hospice experience. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be part of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, allowing them to receive medical care at home.
Responsibilities:
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and comfort care.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform client assessments as necessary.
- Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
Qualifications:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience preferred, but not required.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
