BAYADA Direct Support Professionals (DSP) work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

- $500 in bonuses are being awarded to each of the next 10 new applicants who work in the Iredell County area ($200 added to your first shift in Iredell county, with another $300 bonus being awarded after working 100 hours in the area).
- Opportunities to work up to 40 hours a week. Part time schedules available.
- Flexible scheduling options for those with varying availability.
- Shifts available starting as early as 8am and later shifts ending as late as 9pm.
- Shift can be scheduled as short as 4 hours or as long as 12 hours depending on availability.
- Occasional over-nights available; Over-night shifts are NOT required
- $15 - $18 per hour

Job Responsibilities for DSPs:

Assisting your client with Activities of Daily Living, which may include:
> Engaging in community involvement (going to the gym, attending fun groups, volunteering, etc.)
> Personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, hygiene, etc.)
> Transporting or accompanying your client for errands and/or appointments
> Getting to spend time with your client engaging in their favorite hobbies and activities
> Other basic daily needs such as meal preparation
Qualifications for DSPs:
- One year experience working with I/DD individuals
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
