As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and be able to provide services on a per-visit basis in territories throughout Chittenden County and surrounding areas.

Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification in the state of Vermont
- Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
