About the Role
- Evaluate patients' functional status and develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects of performance and provide education and instruction to patients and family members.
The ideal candidate will have a current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license and prior home care experience. A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist is required. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
