Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and physician's orders
- Provide therapeutic interventions and education to clients and their families
- Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations preferred
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) a plus
