Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records (EMR).
Requirements:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with EMR systems is preferred
