We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide home health visits in Southern Anne Arundel and Calvert County. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday between 8:30am-5pm. As a home care therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing individualized intervention plans, and evaluating home environment for hazards or barriers to independent living.
