We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering palliative care to clients on a per visit basis in various territories.
About the Role:
- Providing high-quality patient care, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records, following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
- Ongoing communication with clients and their families to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience preferred, but not required.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
