We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients. As a member of our hospice care team, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to assess client needs and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using our state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Requirements:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills
