BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Wound Care Clinician.
Job Description
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' medical needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to address complex wound care cases.
Requirements:
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
- Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification required.
- At least one year of nursing experience, with prior home care experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel to client visits as assigned.
- A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
