About the Role
The Habilitation Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Habilitation Technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality client care services. This will involve developing and implementing effective client care plans, evaluating client progress, and maintaining ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Habilitation Technicians to deliver high-quality client care services.
- Develop and implement effective client care plans through collaboration with the Clinical Manager and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators to ensure seamless client care transitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be a Qualified Professional with minimum years of post-degree experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility.
