About the Role
- As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understanding their unique needs and developing personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- You will be responsible for making home visits to administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to our Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in accordance with patients' needs and preferences.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor clients' conditions, identifying potential issues and escalating concerns to our clinical leadership team.
Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in PA.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
