**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Provider to join our team. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide personalized care to clients in their homes, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet each client's unique needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Administer medication, perform wound care, and provide treatments and procedures as needed.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
