As a licensed registered nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of clients' own homes.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
- Deliver skilled nursing services, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Required Qualifications:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience is highly desirable but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Solid computer skills, with prior experience using electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
