About the Job:
Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities that promote socialization and enjoyment.
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and education on caregiving strategies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
