Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our hospice care team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families by delivering high-quality patient-centered care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred
