Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional patient care in a home setting. This will involve:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and developing personalized care plans.
- Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, including observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) an asset.
