We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care and support to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, focusing on improving their mobility and function
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate clients and their families on proper rehabilitative techniques and strategies for promoting healthy living
Requirements
- A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a home-based setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
