- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions as delegated by the Physical Therapist.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- CURRENT LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION IN THE STATE OF NJ
- A two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or two years of experience as a PTA with satisfactory results on a proficiency exam.
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
