We are looking for an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing education and support to clients and their families. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with healthcare teams, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required. A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ is mandatory, along with a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
