Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with tracheostomy and ventilator management (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
