Hospice RN Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Hospice RN. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to clients in their homes, working closely with a multi-disciplinary health care team to deliver palliative care.
Key responsibilities include making home visits, performing assigned duties, monitoring clients' conditions, and following up with doctors' orders. Prior home care and/or hospice experience is preferred but not required.
Skills and Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
