About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Oahu Visits team. As a home health COTA, you will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and instruct patients, family members, and other patient representatives on necessary care and activities to support independent living.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to patient care management and services provided.
- Work collaboratively with an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA
- Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted by the U.Public Health Service when initial qualification occurred before December 31, 1977
- At least one year of work experience supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist
- Ability to travel in assigned territory
