Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:
- Accompany clients into the community, on errands, and to appointments
- Spend time on your client's favorite hobbies and activities
- ASsist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for DSPs:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience working with I/DD individuals preferred but not required - we provide training!
