Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of office operations, including budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.
- Ensure the quality and appropriateness of services provided by staff, while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction through adequate education, training, and evaluation.
- Support and grow your team by staying up-to-date on industry trends and referral opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree required.
- Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare, preferably in home health care.
- Knowledge of North Carolina regulations.
- Demonstrated record of goal achievement and ability to take on increased responsibility with positive results.
- Proven interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills.
- Ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office.
- Strong communication and networking skills, especially in representing BAYADA to various groups and agencies.
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position and responsibilities.
