Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Cape May, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide skilled therapy services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of care plans and progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and care plans.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in home health care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
