Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises and gait training, to improve physical function and mobility.
- Provide education and guidance to clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or equivalent.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
