Job Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes. This includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating clients and family members, and documenting client care management.
- You will also have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
Requirements: A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts is required.
